Sauce and Food

Several years ago I could make a couple of simple dishes. Now I can cook everything. My husband and kids love the way of my cooking meat. They say that I have a special talent for cooking. Probably it's true. I am preparing different sauces to any dish. I have a lot of different bowls for sauce. Sauce or gravy is a liquid seasoning to the main dish and garnish. Sauces give more juicy consistency dishes and increase calories. A specialized vessel for storage of sauces is called a bowl. Each sauce is made up of a liquid base and additional parts, which includes a variety of foods, spices and seasonings. Sauce, cooked in a certain manner and the liquid contained in the supplementary part of the minimum number of products, called the main. Sauces, prepared on the basis of main with the addition of different products, called derivatives. I cook sauces to meat, fish, shrimps, vegetables, and poultry. Sauces can be hot and cold. A bowl for the sauce can be made from different materials, depending on for what sauces it is intended. Hot sauces are served hot meals. These sauces are served in a bowl made of stainless steel or other heat-resistant material. Cold sauces are served as hot and the cold meals and snacks. These sauces often served with fish and shrimp. I served cold sauce in a bowl made of ceramic. A separate group is composed of sweet sauces that are made from a variety of fruit concoctions, juices, milk, and red wine. Sugar, vanilla, chocolate, cocoa, serve as an additional part. My daughter is very like sweet sauces. I cook them for her. It is a special dish for such sauces. It is a clear crystal bowl. My husband likes sauces from shredded ingredients. These sauces can consist of shredded vegetables, fruits and greens, and made of minced meat or mushrooms. These sauces can be applied to pasta, meat dishes, sandwiches, and shrimp. I am served these sauces in a glass bowl. All pre-cut components can see through the glass.
